Our shipping and handling charges are
designed to cover the costs incurred by RYS
for services we provide that allow our customers the
convenience of ordering from our website and receiving
home delivery.
These costs include expenses in connection
with: processing your order; packaging; receiving and
processing orders occasionally returned; and performing
other support functions associated with these services.
Return Policy
Within 30-days of purchase you may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges. Any items returned need to be in their original condition.
Write a short note telling us what you would like us to do (exchange, refund, credit, etc.) and be sure to include your invoice number, plus your day-time telephone number and e-mail address in case we need to contact you. Put the note with whatever you want to return and send to us at:

In-stock Items
All orders to addresses in the contiguous
United States of in-stock items are shipped via USPS. In-stock items are usually
shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of your
order.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are by
air and require a longer delivery time.
Backorders
Backordered items to US addresses
are most often shipped within 1-2 business days after
the item is back in stock. Backordered items require between 2-5 weeks to manufacture.
Product
Availability
We sometimes experience greater than
expected demand for an item or an unforeseen delay in
our manufacturing process. Should an item be delayed,
you will be advised and your credit card will not be
charged until your order is shipped.
USA
Shipping and Handling for Each Address
Our store utilizes dynamic USPS interface for real-time shipping calculation at the time of check-out. Weights on product description pages include the weight of the item as well as all packaging and shipping materials.
Sales
Tax
8.25% sales tax is charged on total
merchandise delivered to addresses in California.
Canadian
and International Customers
Prices quoted are in US dollars
and must be prepaid in US funds. Orders from outside
the United States are shipped by USPS and are subject
to extra handling charges and fees.
Duties and value-added taxes
may be required and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to give exact delivery arrival times due
to the many variables involved in overseas shipping
and local customs offices.
Backorders
- Usually you can expect delivery
of backordered items to Canadian addresses within
7-14 business days after the item becomes available.
- In most cases, you can expect
delivery of items to international addresses 2-3 weeks
after the item becomes available.
